Our approach

The Enliven Co Compliance Hub is built around AUSTRAC's requirements for accountants. Rather than adapting a general compliance product, we started from the documents AUSTRAC provides on its website and shaped each page around them. Designed around the records AUSTRAC expects you to keep, the Hub brings your practice obligations and customer due diligence together.

How we differ from other providers

  • Built for accountants, not banks

Many AML providers were designed for banks, lenders and payment businesses. Their tools focus on transaction monitoring and features a small accounting practice does not need. This Hub covers only what applies to accountants.

  • Based on AUSTRAC's published documents

The Hub follows the guidance and starter kit AUSTRAC publishes for accountants, including the designated services in Table 6 in section 6 of the AML/CTF Act.

  • Designed for recording due diligence

The Hub is a place to record evidence: who your client is, who owns or controls them, how risky they are and what checks you did. Records are organised step by step, following AUSTRAC’s guidance, so they’re easy to find and show at an audit.

  • Less confusion, fewer decisions

Plain words instead of jargon, one step at a time. Starter kit wording is filled in for you to review and tailor to your practice.

What you record here

  • Your AML/CTF program and practice risk assessment
  • Compliance officer appointment and AUSTRAC enrolment
  • Suspicious matter and threshold reports
  • Staff training records
  • Annual compliance reports
  • Independent evaluations
  • Engagement letters and the designated services each one covers
  • Client details, beneficial owners and identity checks
  • Client risk ratings with the reasons behind them
  • Sanctions and politically exposed person screening results
  • Enliven Co KYC and KYB certificates, saved to the client file
  • An edit history that shows who changed what, and when

Security and current availability

Login requires two-factor authentication. Demonstration workflows include an edit history showing who changed what and when.

Compliance records currently remain temporary demonstrations, not persistent encrypted document storage. Do not upload real client information. Live portal certificates, report submission and secure record storage are not yet connected.
